Processing Times

At MONLI, we prioritize rapid fulfillment to keep your shelves stocked. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST qualify for same-day processing and shipping. We guarantee fulfillment within 48 hours for all wholesale orders submitted through our partner portal.

Free Shipping Threshold

All domestic wholesale orders over $500.00 qualify for complimentary Standard Ground shipping. Partner Tier members receive additional benefits including discounted expedited rates and priority queue placement.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all 50 US states. All orders are dispatched directly from our primary distribution center in Greenville, South Carolina. This central location allows us to reach most East Coast retailers within 2 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been scanned into the carrier's system, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your shipment. Tracking details typically update within 12 hours of departure from our warehouse.

Wholesale Order Shipping

For approved wholesale partners, we offer specialized shipping arrangements based on order volume:

  • Orders under $500: Standard shipping rates apply
  • Orders $500-$1,000: 50% shipping discount
  • Orders over $500: Free shipping within the continental U.S.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, accidents can happen during transit. If your shipment arrives damaged:

  • Document the damage with clear photographs of the exterior packaging and the damaged contents.
  • Retain all packaging materials for potential inspection by the carrier.
  • Contact our Wholesale Success team within 48 hours of delivery.
