International
We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, and select countries. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

At Monli, we're committed to ensuring your eco-friendly dog toys reach you safely and efficiently. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Domestic (United States)
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): $4.95 (Free on orders over $75)
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority): $9.95
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority Express): $24.95
International
International shipping rates vary by country and weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Wholesale Order Shipping
For approved wholesale partners, we offer specialized shipping arrangements based on order volume:
- Orders under $500: Standard shipping rates apply
- Orders $500-$1,000: 50% shipping discount
- Orders over $300: Free shipping within the continental U.S.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For certain international destinations, shipping availability may be limited due to regulatory requirements.
Lost or Damaged Packages

- Domestic orders: Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- International orders: Please notify us within 21 days of the expected delivery date
