Faire fees, shipping, taxes, packaging, warehousing, software, and the small daily costs of running a cross-border business. Unavoidable — and they add up.
What's left is not padding margins or bonuses. It funds the factory buildout, founding-family homes, on-site daycare, the Women's Fund, the Animal Shelter Fund, and 1% for the Planet.
