3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Monli. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3.4 Payment terms are as follows:

• First-time orders: Payment in full at time of order
• Established accounts: Net 30 terms may be available upon approval
• Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge

3.5 We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Alternative payment methods may be arranged for qualified accounts.

4.2 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Monli is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4.3 Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of products to the carrier.

4.4 It is your responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies within 5 business days.

5.1 Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our wholesale support team.

5.2 Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in original packaging and in resalable condition.

5.3 Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

5.4 A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise that is not defective.

5.5 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after inspection of returned items.
